Pastor Frank S. Ross was born in Indio California. At the age of 2yrs old, His Father and Mother left California on a journey to Kansas, with the purpose of proving the Apostolic Doctrine to be wrong; instead, they were both baptized with the Holy Ghost as they adhered to and committed themselves to The Truth of Gods Word. 

In a small western town in Kansas is where Pastors parents raised him and the shaping of His ministry begin. At the young age of 16 is when Pastor Ross preached his first sermon under the fresh anointing of God! At the age of 19 Pastor Ross married His wife, First Lady Ross, who’s parents where actively pursuing the will of God in their lives and had recently assumed the Pastorate of Heart of America UPC, A small home missions church in South Kansas City. 

Pastor Ross’ Pastor, felt it was in Gods will for him to go and help His wife’s parents “build a church in Missouri”. After Pastor Ross and First Lady Ross were married, that’s exactly what he did. Pastor Ross packed up and relocated to Kansas City MO. Where he immediately served in the role of Youth Pastor, Song Leader and Outreach director for 10yrs and Assistant Pastor for 2yrs. 

Under Pastor Ross’ leadership many young people came to the Lord. Pastor Ross formulated and directed many community outreach programs in the local Kansas City metro area, many of which, were very effective, and some are still in effect today. 

After diligently serving in the local church, God called Pastor Ross and his family to evangelize full time, the Ross’ obeyed the call of God and begin to travel! Immediately their evangelistic ministry was blessed and Pastor Ross became a well sought after evangelist preaching all over the country. After 3yrs of evangelizing God called Pastor Ross and His Family to establish a church in SE San Diego CA. In Which He Pastored for one year, with tremendous powerful results, before God called upon Him again to make a major transition. This time it was Kansas City! The former Pastor was retiring unexpectedly, and he called on Pastor Ross to assume the Pastorate of the local church in which Pastor Ross had spent many years! 

Upon coming back to Kansas City, the local church had only 22 members. Pastor Ross was voted in as Pastor by a unanimous decision! And under His Leadership the Church begin to grow and thrive! In under 5yrs the congregation tripled in membership! Pastor Ross has over 25yrs of ministerial experience and has earned His MBS Degree, along with many other achievements.
